Directions for Use NOTE: Test flooring compatibility with #1 REMOVER before use. General Application: Dust mop entire surface to be stripped. Dilute #1 REMOVER with cold or warm water according to the level of finish build-up. (See dilution ratios below). Apply this dilution to an area approximately 10 ft x 10 ft and allow 5 minutes for #1 REMOVER to liquefy the finish. Do not permit the floor remover to dry on the floor. Scrub thoroughly with a floor machine using a black or hi-pro pad or agitate with a doodle bug holder and a pad – longer dwell times may be required. 4.Pick up the solution with a wet-vac, auto-scrubber or mop and rinse the floor with NEUTRAPOWER or NEUTRAL CLEAN at a dilution of 8 ml per litre of cold water (1 oz/gallon) (1:128). For Heavy Finish Build-up: Use 200 ml per litre of water (26 oz/gallon) (1:5). For Light Finish Build-up: Use 100 ml per litre of water (13 oz/gallon) (1:10).
